Job security, decent pay for lateral hires , free food in cafeteria although questionable is quality.

Dislikes

Highly fragmented jobs with huge churn ratio , Career advancement is slow or non existent, too heavy managerial layer just for people management. Most of the new hire top management come with a service industry mindset and probably just plan to retire peacefully. Poor decision makers and no leverage ( at mercy of main sites). Key work still executed in main sites and not in India, Way too slow and burdened by internal processes for enhancements and rollouts.

salary package and HR is not taking any interest to keep their employees if they are leaving. Salary difference between two employee with same experience

...is really something which matters and Amadeus is the one who makes this true. Compensation is good and more depend on employees talent. Overall experience is very good.

...etitive after a few days and employees' growth might get halted because of that. Also, the compensation offered is very less compared to tech giants.

Pay is not up to the present market. Not much learning opportunities in the new technologies. Mandatory Return to Office during the pandemic time. All the internal people are leaving. No onsite opportunity at all. Not many technically sound senior people
