*You got salary on time..*You got reimbursement on time. *You will leqrn a lot. *As it is field Job(Service Engineer Job) youhave to travel a lot. *You will also get opportunity to buy a car after 6 month as per company policy as company is giving 15000 per month emi if you buy a car.

*As it is field Job, you have to travel a lot and half of tile laps in traffic. *If you will not buy car after confirmation, then company will not give yiu car allowance emi. *Monthly incentive which come with salary after confirmation, will depend upon region GC, your involvement must be there. *Salary growth is very low.

...ted despite having poor knowledge. Some really good people quit because of this. Employees pilfer fuel money as the base salary is very less. They say they'll give car but the amount of travel is very high. You'll be made to travel over 100km everyday and it's not worth the trouble.

Dislikes

Everything. Micromanagment, lack of leaves, working continuously on Saturday and Sunday, no appreciation. It's only a Japanese company from the outside. On the inside, it's bad. Many dishonest people end up selling machines by telling lies about the machine's performance. Career growth is non-existent. You'd get tired of all the travelling. If you are a fresher, please do not join this company. They'll suck your life, and your job prospects in future are almost nil. A small CNC shop/ Sheet metal shop has a higher learning curve than working in this bad company. Superiors act like dictators and their verdict is final.

Good technical center. Nice car you can buy. Laziness is allowed.

Dislikes

Salary is less, allowances are more. No technical growth. Machines are less technologically advanced. Don't get trapped if manager appraises you.

Its a great company, Which cares employees more love and care. Love the work culture and atmosphere, Management and staffs are very good.

The increment process and the % is not great. HR is not being well supportive.

Continuous learning needs to be improved , opportunity of Exploring new things is very limited as everything is constrained to its limits . very poor work life Balance and not healthy way of managing Human resources
