The pay is decent ...bordering on market disruption, the company has a tendency of hiring management on above average packages this at the start looks like a benifit however is a massive market disruption eventually not allowing employees to find a job close or even higher to the pay grade..can be looked at as a positive.

There is a whole list of dislikes 1. The company works in a way which is of a very orthodox mentality, change is something no one likes around here. 2.the organization Structure is very weird as all support roles like training and quality report higher up to operations. 3. No programs or courses offered in terms of skill and personal development. 4.No benifits , there are No sick leaves , No comp offs and no additional benifits other than insurance given by the company. 5. The culture is a bit exhausting after a while and becomes toxic since change is not welcome around here and the same is seen by higher management. 6. The office was kept running all throughout covid which goes to show how much the company cares about its employees, only after a death in the staff was witnessed a certain part of the workforce was allowed to work from home while the office was still kept running on the presumption of it being essential services. 7. There is so much mismanagement all over and it doesn't look like it is resolving anytime soon. The organisation has very unrealistic goals and often is not able to achieve set expectations on many levels.

...awbacks at AM Infoweb is the internal politics that take place on a daily basis. There is a clear sense of favoritism and a lack of transparency when it comes to promotions, pay raises, and project assignments. Employees who are part of the "in-group" are given preferential treatment, while others are ignored or pushed aside. This leads to resentment and a lack of motivation within the team. The company culture seems to reward personal relationships over skills and performance, making it a very frustrating place for those who are just focused on getting their work done. Rude Behavior from Management Unfortunately, the rude behavior from management at AM Infoweb is one of the main reasons I would never recommend working here. Instead of providing constructive feedback or guidance, the management tends to belittle employees and often communicates in a condescending manner. It's clear that there's little regard for employee well-being or career growth. There is also a lack of acknowledgment for hard work, with the management only focusing on the negatives and never offering praise or appreciation. Issues with the Manager- Name of Manager Rita Jadhav (Ast Manager Quality)& Vaibhav Pathvardhan.(Quality Manager). My direct experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. The manager displayed an alarming lack of professionalism. Communication was poor, and any concerns or suggestions I raised were often dismissed or ignored. On several occasions, I felt disrespected by the manager's rude tone, dismissive attitude, and lack of empathy. This created a very uncomfortable and toxic working relationship. Rather than fostering an open and collaborative environment, my manager seemed more interested in exerting control and asserting authority. Lack of Career Growth Opportunities AM Infoweb also fails to provide clear career development or growth opportunities. Management does not prioritize mentoring or training, and employees are left to figure things out on their own without guidance. The lack of clear goals or support makes it difficult to grow professionally within the company. Final Thoughts Based on my experience, AM Infoweb is not a place where I would recommend working. The internal politics, unprofessionalism, and toxic atmosphere created by rude and dismissive management make it a very frustrating and discouraging place to be. It seems that the company prioritizes personal relationships over employee welfare and performance, which only further breeds a negative work environment. If you're looking for a supportive, transparent, and professional work environment, you will not find it at AM Infoweb.

Salary deduction for late login and No sick leave policy only provide 1.5 days paid leave every month nothing elese no room for sickness family emergency it will go as unpaid leave if you don’t have the leave balance

The company culture is not at all good. No job security. Toxic work environment. We have to be in office at any cost even if we are ill or in any situation. Manager does not support and a hell lot of things.

Poor management, no paraller balance between management and people, zero vision, low salary very high work, incentive parameters are very poor, no understanding between quality team and agent, every Last week of the month there is gage for incentives, overall very poor
