Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Mandatory or Forcible Vacation (at least for a week) to all faculty to relax from work is essential

Lot of clubs activities Free bus or other vehicle facility, on office duty Good IT infrastructure.

Dislikes

Lot of workload on faculty. IQAC is for name sake. The days of enjoying teaching students are gone. Lot of Meetings. Lot of Foundation level activities, teaching ll be like part time for Faculty.

Only few faculties are friendly, can learn things from them. Students are interactively participate if faculty is good.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture 20% Teaching, 80% administrative Lot of workload on faculty Favourites of influential people get good growth Lot of meetings Lot of activities in college making students sit for talks which is not even related to their course....so that it makes auditorium filled.

Dislikes

They will terminate the faculty at any time without any reason.i hate this type of work culture They treated all faculty are coolie not supporting their growth . For example the snake is bited during 2014 I'm in ICU no management people are visited or supported financially.
