Working Environment is fabulous. All staff is supportive. Employees performs their task independently. Company culture is also superb.

Sometimes, we face conflicts or disagreements in communication while dealing because HO is not at factory location so every time telephonic communication can't work successfully.

Learning has to be done by self. Barely any support from the management

Poor work culture. No value for talent Very rude behaviour of owners No understanding of HR policies and procedures My advice is avoid working here
