Career Advancement Task Variety Teamwork Industrial Experience Learning I love the seniors at Jos Alukkas. They treat us like family so we enjoy work culture. Food facilities are also great, working days are enjoyable. With regard to the balance of pressure in the workplace, it's well balanced since one could perform well without being overwhelmed. I love how there is celebration of achievements in a light-hearted manner wherein the whole group brough together. It's really a great place to work.

Jos Alukkas is a Great Place to Work, and I truly value the company and overall environment. Well, while I appreciate that majority of (almost all) the branch managers are really good leaders, I have challenges with a certain branch manager. Probably, he does not possess the character that manager should especially when dealing with ladies. There is a lot for improving the working style and updating modern practices at Jos Alukkas. Moreover, staff who have get a lot of experience (10+ years) treating them as juniors. Very strict rules and regulations regarding daily grooming and use of mobiles may not go well with the new generation. More than this, the schedules in place currently limited our capacity to spend good time with family and friends, where holidays are only personal relations available. If greater flexibility were allowed here, it may greatly improve the satisfaction level of employees. I recommend giving more room in policies, and avenues workers are permitted to give feedback, such as personal meetings.
