Most of the terrible department is Process Coordination. Working in this Department feel like a person is in hell. HOD always behave rude. And always try to discreminate all the team members. Company is good but this PC Department is a hell department. HOD is not a good team leader. Please reject the offer if you will get offer from this shit department. Specially no Holidays for Bengali employees. And this happened only in this department. There have no holiday during Durga Puja. When all the departments are closed in Kolkata, only this department remains open. I think they don't like bengali people. I don't know why. But its actually happen.

there is nothing to like about this company. they doesnt value the one who does all the hardwork. managers who do nothing take all the credit of lower level staffs work. qualifies engineers are made to work under illiterate managers

...t u yourself give resign and leave job. there is no payout system for employees. you will find that your junior who calls you sir is getting morr salary than u.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

There has not any value of employees in this company. HR asked me for resign, because the company is unable to pay the salary. But they want the resign mail from me and the reason would be shown that, I am leaving the company myself.
