Good work environment and culture. Treatments are supportive and the management is transparent. But in this critical condition when there has not any job in this job market, they asked to resign and also from April month salary has given only 40 percent. At present I have became a jobless from month July.

Dislikes

There has not any value of employees in this company. HR asked me for resign, because the company is unable to pay the salary. But they want the resign mail from me and the reason would be shown that, I am leaving the company myself.

If you are a family man then don't join here, because the management person always think that they hire animals not human. In every holiday they have excuse to force to work the employees specially in Kolkata, because they really hate Bengalis, they only give priority to Marwaris. No proper increament, no promotion, no work life balance, no peace in work, always pressurised you to work in your leave / Holidays. Poor and unclear communication lead to misunderstanding and mistrust among the team member. Poor management and lack of support. employees engage in gossip create toxic environment. Not a good company for career. company growing but your career spoiled any time. This called tropically LALA co. if you time pass its Ok, otherwise avoided this co for career.
