There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The work culture is very good and everyone is very supportive first mover ACP company has 20 yrs of presence and is more stable in the market salary is credited on time. no delay best for fresher to learn about manufacturing industries and their practices

Most of the terrible department is Process Coordination. Working in this Department feel like a person is in hell. HOD always behave rude. And always try to discreminate all the team members. Company is good but this PC Department is a hell department. HOD is not a good team leader. Please reject the offer if you will get offer from this shit department. Specially no Holidays for Bengali employees. And this happened only in this department. There have no holiday during Durga Puja. When all the departments are closed in Kolkata, only this department remains open. I think they don't like bengali people. I don't know why. But its actually happen.

there is nothing to like about this company. they doesnt value the one who does all the hardwork. managers who do nothing take all the credit of lower level staffs work. qualifies engineers are made to work under illiterate managers

...onment and culture. Treatments are supportive and the management is transparent. But in this critical condition when there has not any job in this job market, they asked to resign and also from April month salary has given only 40 percent. At present I have became a jobless from month July.

There has not any value of employees in this company. HR asked me for resign, because the company is unable to pay the salary. But they want the resign mail from me and the reason would be shown that, I am leaving the company myself.
