It is a day shift job. Rarely night shift. In the 20 months I have worked here , I did not have to do night because 2 staffs were available. I got to do work from home for 7 months. They will give WFH only in Pandemic or overall emergency situation. They will take you even if you are above age limit or disabled.There is only 9 hours , no overtime other than emergency situation. Shift timings within 07:00 am to 11:00 pm.Job which has no targets except if you are in mail team .The quality team will not be that strict like other companies, where you can lose your job.On every Saturday music and dance is there.

...lthough I had hospital expenses many times.You have to coax them for everything.You will get the same salary.No increment in this company .Never take any system from the company for WFH as when you return the system to get back your amount in final F&F settelment, it is a huge process and in most cases 10,000 Rs is deducted from your settlement although the system is with company .But they will say some reason and deduct the amount.It has happened to many employees. You have to coordinate with TL, manager and Hr .Many approval mails have to written. I followed up at least 4 months after returning my system . They will not give you experience letter only Acceptance letter of relieving which is not professional for such a big company.They will not change your process even if you have health issue related to present process.There is not any extra employee benefits like other companies.But all the above is very understandable because the average salary of all employees is very less than the industry standards.Most people are from good families and hence are able to survive, others leave the company.It is good company for people who are near from the company and specially good for women.

... including management are very supportive .For freshers its good place to learn. Only one disadvantage is less salary, however for fresher's its fine . I would suggest freshers to join.

They Don't Provide Proper Salary ... Every Month You Will Get Less Salary ... Even Working So Hard!!!!!! Stay Away from this Company!!!! If Possible Please Report This Company.... Doing Fraud With there Own Employees!!!!!! Who Gives Them Bead And Butter And Altruist Try To Cheat there Own Employees

It was one of the worst place I had ever been worked for. No job security lowest salary in competitive companies. Work culture was good Management was strict it's OK but for that salary it's not Policies HR team always lied. It was just better than nothing to do.
