One good thing about the company is they will make you comfortable exit and full and final settlement will be given on time with exit papers..nothing apart from that

Everything includes NO SALARY HIKES even after younwork for 10 to 15 years, EGOISTIC,DEVIL Team Leader (who is famous in FAVOURISM who lets you down like anything Management there are some floor leaders who only LISTENS to egoistic team leaders shoes thy lic them and targets employees) ..DO NOT JOIN ASSURANT....

Job security could be little on choppy waters . Dont expect great compensation but ya now a days they are offering decent compensation. Remote working does give you some flexibility and management depends on which process you are working for. Overall management will not make your life hell they are very understanding of the situation and will try to accommodate your valid request. Overall i would say nice place to work

There is a lot of politics and managemebt doesnt address issues. Salary hike wont bw there for 2 to 3 years.. Gives reasons for it. Growth is impossible as they expect us to da daily work. No much learning.

My trainer who was also my team leader and my floor lead were very understanding cooperative learnt alot from them as this was my first job did mistakes but learnt from it. Work Environment is very light had fun. Thank for your support guys.

Salary was less because of which I was under ESI insurance which was like no insurance.

The Company is excellent in providing the best work environment to its employees. Team work is well managed and always motivated to give their best. The performance appraisal system is transparent and free from biases. Equality among all the employees is one the best practices of the organisation.

Dislikes

Compensation is not according today,s salary slabs . The work pressure is sometimes too much and no extra incentives is given to work for extra hours.Lack of proper training . The growth of an employee was very slow.
