Salary one month delay but good thing as and when get salary from the client immediately within a day transfer the salary to my account, otherwise other consultancy keep salary 1-2 months and transfer the salary to employee account after that which is not good for consultancy firm as well as employees

Dislikes

Once if any consultancy got the Annual escalation/ price adjustment of the quoted tender rate of the staff, immediately that increment should be given to employee also because consultancy firm getting the increment because of performance of the employee but not giving in time or never give that is not goo.

Likes

Altinok Consulting engineering inc . A vary good company which completes the projects very well and handover them to client during given time period by Contract Agreement. It's Employees very dedicated and hard working ,who very easily solve the Obligation and Obstacles that come during project construction . There is lot of coordination between Client , Contractor and Sub contractors.
