-> Good pay -> Easy interviews (they also ghost you even after clearing the interviews)

Dislikes

-> Got fired for being sick for some time (1.5 months). No compassion or humanity. -> No regards to their employees, ready to replace you without any consideration. -> Managers do not have any technical understanding to support them, they just focus on body shopping and pleasing the clients. -> Incompetent HR. -> Talent Acquisition team focuses on their department only, and do not consider for other skillset, no sync between other departments, they will lash out if bypassing them for referring.

Likes

- Joining Bonus - Udemy subscription for every employee - Goodies, perks at regular intervals - Permanent WFH depending on projects you work in. - Wifi reimbursement every month. - Appraisals happens throughout the year (4 cycles in a year). So you don't miss out on a specific appraisal cycle.

Dislikes

- Work life balance takes a toll when you are working in client projects and especially when clients are from Banking, Fintech industry. - Appraisals might not be that good, if you are not a manager's favorite.

Likes

Good learning opportnities and resources given if you're in early part of career you can learn in your pace. Many clients there i think, less likely you are spending time on bench

Dislikes

Salary hike are basic even client satisfaction is great. I think one have to more relevant to Altimerik than Client to get good appraisal. as of now WFH also removed. Few years you might have to jump different company if want better hike

Short term projects Long working hours, no work life balance False promises Poor appraisals. If you resign, hr and manager will try to negotiate and if you don't agree to their terms and still want to leave, they will stop responding to your mails and messages. Reporting manager doesn't know what's going on in the project and you would not have much insights about the stuff happening in the organization as you would be spending most of your time working with the client.

...ike. Your career is in the hand of client. They don't have any internal project. They will offer you good hike at the joining and you will terminated with same salary if contract ended by client.

Dislikes

It's a staffing company but they will claim as a software/IT. Once project is over,your job is over as well. HR will start threatening the employee to resign your self or they will terminate stating that they don't have anything matching your profile. You will find Bull Dogs there in form of Engineering Manager/Leader. Some looks like as well.
