Some extra perks of learning and festival bonus.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture and management. It's more like a religious institute than an IT firm with head weight idiotic managers, their politics, and their favorite subordinates who dances to their tunes with zero job security. You are treated like cows in a slaughter house.

-> Good pay -> Easy interviews (they also ghost you even after clearing the interviews)

-> Got fired for being sick for some time (1.5 months). No compassion or humanity. -> No regards to their employees, ready to replace you without any consideration. -> Managers do not have any technical understanding to support them, they just focus on body shopping and pleasing the clients. -> Incompetent HR. -> Talent Acquisition team focuses on their department only, and do not consider for other skillset, no sync between other departments, they will lash out if bypassing them for referring.
