Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Once the project is over, you are on your own, They don't have bench policy They may directly ask you to leave.. If you are on bench for more than 45 days They will ask your resignation.. This information is not provided at the time of joining Worst ever experience, i was not aware about this policy, or else I shouldn't have joined this company.

...oduct based. You will work for a client from Day 1. Diversity in work culture. Compensation and Employee benefits are fantastic. Flexible timing. Leave policy is also good. Flat organisation. Upper management is reachable. Help desk portal is awesome. Your queries are answered in timely manner.

Big challenge will be getting work based on your skillset. You need to work on different skillset if they can't find relevant client place. On boarding for a new hire could be better. It will cost a lot more time to identify your responsibility especially if you are WFH

Good service based company in Chennai, with good compensation and benefits, work life balance as its at all places depends on the project/team but generally it's good. Good Learning opportunities are available to people to make use of.

Client positions can feel isolated and more following client work culture rather than follow Altimetrik's.
