If ALTIGREEN don’t terminate Ex service team immediately it’s hard to survive since they don’t have proper domain knowledge and playing cheap politics with hard working team. Trying to project leaders in the EV market but actually not all their projections are incorrect. Better not join this toxic organisation.

... cheat the employee for holidays, they have taken a lot of wasteful management. Those who cannot be mailed by paying 40,000 salary, Asha has entrusted a full workshop above the people, here all the fake work is done, they do fake marketing, fake bills. Company destroy the such people who have such knowledge, doesn't value for employees because of company hire person like Santosh bharmal his doing fake marketing.

There is no value for employees,there is no process for anything. Very pathetic behaviour to women's.

Management is direction less No Strategy for sales service Top Management changes their strategy every month Key client are unhappy with product & service Product is placed as premium but performance is equivalent to local product. Lots of product complaints but management is not ready to accept it. No fund with company No product commitment. They are lying to their channel, investors, employees and market about upcoming products. None ethical people Channels are squeezing them as they have cheated to them Management is fooling everyone including employees, founders, channels and market

It is great place to learn and good recognition from leaders. CFO is very friendly approachable and all leaders are great to support in all extent.. do goo thing and good thing will come back to you 🤗

Mainly HR He is a very cheap person. When I asked for my expenses to reach the office, he terminated me. They have not provided my experience letter either.
