Exposure through travel to several states and meetings dignitaries like Secretary, CMs, Directors, Deans, Principals, IAS, IPS officers, etc. Growth in communication skills, administrative and managerial skills. Team management through regular interactions and ocassional parties made people believe in leadership of seniors. Overall good experience.

Dislikes

Career growth was slow, some of the promises not met, less scope of your suggestions to be implemented, our commitments to vendors used to get delayed because of slow projection by top brass and finance department, innovative ideas and changing dynamics are being ignored.
