...their education and can derail one's career. No job security. Hike is around 5%. Variable pay on an average is 60%. Too much internal politics and favoritism. Managers here have a good work life balance. They will log off at 5pm, are allowed to take maximum wfh but team members are asked to sit till late in office and come daily. Worst company ever.

1) Good people 2) Opportunity to work with global professionals 3) Good compensation 4) Flat hierarchy, hence big scope to lead the work from any position you are .

1) Huge work load & difficult to balance work life 2) Project based company, hence customer is God and in name of customer you can be asked to do anything. ( within your job role & dignity, ofcourse)

Great place to settle in the later stages of you career. Decent salary and hikes

Since it is project-based organization more of the work goes into project management rather than R&D or technical stuff.

Company culture degraded alot from last 3-4years, No transparency with employees, limited work scope, Management don't support internal & international mobility

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
