1) Huge work load & difficult to balance work life 2) Project based company, hence customer is God and in name of customer you can be asked to do anything. ( within your job role & dignity, ofcourse)

Since it is project-based organization more of the work goes into project management rather than R&D or technical stuff.

Company culture degraded alot from last 3-4years, No transparency with employees, limited work scope, Management don't support internal & international mobility

Job is well secured that is the best thing here. Providing work from home since the march 2020. Team mates are very cooperative. Decent work environment.

...When other companies gave bonus to setup work at home office Alstom did nothing. No increment in salary. Poor work-life balance and even they revised leave policies which will benefit for company not for employees.
