Very bad experience.. there is not any support during pendimic Covind-19. Salary cut 50% when doing business very well in this period. Salary not get timely in every month.. Company give short notice time to exist job during covind-19. Not any job security in this company. Sales incentives and increament is not as per committment of company..

Dislikes

Lots of politics.. Always wrong committment on sales incentive and increament.. During increament time harrase to employ and terminate.. this is routine practise of company..

You have to work under pressure and level of satisfaction varies from person to person. I wasn't much worried about the work pressure but about the pressure that is unnecessarily put on by the egos of people around.
