Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours.

This loyalness could have not achieved by compassionate and dependable HR. To achieve cost reduction in products with high Quality all the departments including R & D ,D&D, Production and Quality are committed to research new technology and innovation. Hence with all these efforts Customer review gets better and make the company as most prominent and reliable brand.

Dislikes

Internal Poltics in management circle is one of the drawbacks which make them unable to work as team. One has to work hard a lot and gets a time a lot to come up in promotion. Increments are below expectation.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
