Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours.

ALP Overseas is a most growing in the field of rubber and polymer products, they have NABL certified R&D Centre, So there are lot of scope to develop your self by adapting new technologies and engineering.

ALP is one of the Early manufacturer of EPDM products in india which makes it as most reliable and Authentic Brand for their customers. Today Not only in India but the whole world is witnessing it's presence as many collaboration are in way and already started with likes of Nishikawa . Alp has has done two installation in Thailand and South Africa which proves it's growing power. One of the greatest strength at the Rudrapur Plant is the team of operators working for more than 25 years which makes the company highest value taker of loyalness. This loyalness could have not achieved by compassionate and dependable HR. To achieve cost reduction in products with high Quality all the departments including R & D ,D&D, Production and Quality are committed to research new technology and innovation. Hence with all these efforts Customer review gets better and make the company as most prominent and reliable brand.

Dislikes

Internal Poltics in management circle is one of the drawbacks which make them unable to work as team. One has to work hard a lot and gets a time a lot to come up in promotion. Increments are below expectation.

Worst company, this is a pure Lala company where No HR, canteen is in very bad condition, and also food, as per my opinion, this is the only company which is not provide breakfast and tea for labours and staff, No one care about safety. Company provide guest house for new joinee, but not given basic facilities like water, Pillow, rooms also in very bad condition, they donot care about people, in same room they stayed 2 new joinee which may be one Manager level and second one from labour. Many more dislikes, don't join, if you read this review.
