Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours.

Internal Poltics in management circle is one of the drawbacks which make them unable to work as team. One has to work hard a lot and gets a time a lot to come up in promotion. Increments are below expectation.
