Good for only Freshers. You will get a chance to work on the latest technology.

Dislikes

...ee only provide drinking water. They offer much less pay compared to the market Don't have extra facilities for employees, they only pay the salary. No portal to monitor leaves and holidays or anything for that matter No letter of appraisal or promotion. Appraisal is entirely depends on your performance. No training for freshers and no referral bonus

...t work from home for people who are tenured employees. Not sure about new hires. If assigned to a project with good billing annual hikes can be really good only caveat being whatever salary hiked will not be split among all Salary components instead shown as one figure as Incentive every year and No Increment letter or Promotion letters are issued ever in this company.

...ny proof of from what date or tenure the designation or promotion was effective. All salary hike is added as one item which is incentive irrespective of any number of hikes leading to Incentive component being getting burgeoned on pay slip. Employee will not have any proof to provide to new employer in case Promotion letter or hike and salary Break up letter is asked. In short employee will have only the offer letter when joined as a real proof of evidence of actual salary breakups. Employee will have no proof of increase in salary whatsoever irrespective of how many years you work your fixed salary will be same as Salary on Joining. All else will be considered as Incentive. No hard and strict policy on relieving. 3 months relieving on paper but if there is no much dependency the management can relieve an employee in a week also. During last working day be prepared to get your Personal mobile chats, personal emails, WhatsApp getting checked by the IT team before you get go ahead for relieving procedure. You have to also sign a resignation letter prepared by the Accounts/HR guy mentioning you are leaving the company without any issues as such with the management and you are happy with the company. One would find many weird things in this company. No HRA deductions are provided by the company. They will ask you to show HRA while filing the ITR.

There is no work culture in aloha—zero company policies. You can join for a good hike in the initial days—worst management.

Even if you do hard work a full year at the time of appraisal they will increase your salary only by fix amount It doesn't matter how much experience you have. The company is full of politics. The work environment is not so good. Freshers can try their luck here. There is no work-life balance. The only thing which is good here is that you can get good teammates.
