Salary is decent but career growth is slow, there is only one day of on Job training

The weather and staff is very good and they are giving training too good for the new joiners. If you are those who are thinking for a work at aloha I must say go ahead it's very fruitful.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Many a times its late in evening while the parents has visit the center.

Its very convincing for a college students.You can handle your work and study both.No work load is given at home.All work you are supposed to complete at job premises only.Also talking to different parents builds your confidence.Since its international Institution students from various country like Africa,U.s ,U.k etc also comes to join crash courses.So you get in touch with people of various countries also.

Training of various levels takes up a gap of 4 5 months.

This completely depwnds upon the profile that you are chosen for. I've been working there as an English faculty. I really had a great experience and learned a lot of things.

Their work flow. And they do not provide Answers key for their books thats the biggest problem.
