...used blankets,used plates and Tumblr. Not providing service letter and pay slip. salary sending by company to Indian account through less market rate money exchange.Salary calculation can't understand employees for shutdown people. Dealings are extremely unprofessional.

...vironment was also good .the management supports to the employee in the company. As per salary aspects ,this company was also good .It was always on time .

Dislikes

The dislike was that this company now a days not provide permanent visa to work and the duty hours was more.But overall this company was good and it's learnt me a lot.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
