If you are good at your work, and communicate well - build a good rapport with early employees - you will thrive and get promoted. Expect some early employees - newly joined people are jolly to work with. The engineering challenges are easy so you can easily fit it, plus you don't have to write test cases, etc. The interviews are hard though.

Dislikes

It's a bootstrap company - so they pay well below market. They compensation lower salary with ESOP. A lot of product decisions are made by engineering. Favoritism is very rampant. They have a process to collect glassdoor review from existing employee.
