Horrible place to work. They may advertise as great place to work. However, you will only biasness to the core of every promotion/band progression. They will not be ashamed to promote people by cheating in the important certifications for the promotions. Also, the management is so horrible that they will only and only promote one specific religion-based people who can't speak two correct sentences of English. You will be shocked to see the diversity in management as they only promote what we call as "Chaploose" to the height that senior managers are reclessly moved out of the Team if not fitting into their personal ego fulfillment. This is the worst decision of my work carrier and make sure if you are not the one who can carry tiffin bags , laptop bags, give door service and out of working hours service to your supervisor then this is not the place for you.

As I observed they do not promote employees who has worked from last 6- 7 years. Previously salary structure of this company was great but now they dont pay upto the mark.

Bad appraisals and salary and benefits, poor promotions and band progressions, maintainance of work flow tool kills productivity and makes your 9 hours shift upto 12hours.

Free transport ,Good salary , goodies, team outing , Good learning in some teams , no much politics All are friendly and helpful since they are here since years

Actually IJP not so easy here , u can't switch technology easily

Pay and perks are good. Few teams have load of work, while few have smooth work. Company takes care of employee when you are inside the organisation.

Dislikes

Few teams have load of work and few have very smooth processing. Internal politics and favouritism have increased since last 2 years. Recruiting and exit formalities are very slow. Company takes care very well when you are inside the organisation. When you leave it, organization has nothing to do with you and your problems for F&F settlement.
