I like about the work environment

Dislikes

As I observed they do not promote employees who has worked from last 6- 7 years. Previously salary structure of this company was great but now they dont pay upto the mark.

Good in terms of job security

Bad appraisals and salary and benefits, poor promotions and band progressions, maintainance of work flow tool kills productivity and makes your 9 hours shift upto 12hours.

...is the access to learning platforms like LinkedIn learning, plural sight, etc. Unfortunately, the cost associated to this is also part of our CTC/C&B package.

Dislikes

Worse team leaders who wouldn't shy away from taking credits for the hard work their subordinates or juniors put in. Operations and HR departments are the worst, with asst. managers playing the worst sort of games with employees. No feedback is implemented. To top it all, the HRBP and Employee Relations team are in cahoots with the managers in projecting this pseudo "employee centric" image. Worst company to work for.

Job is secure.. work culture is great.. company policies are really good.. everyone is very supportive

So far it’s been a great journey with Allstate.. so there’s nothing much i can but they should exceed their compensation’s for their employees.. rest all is amazing.

Allstate has changed negatively after covid. Also on very less salary they expect employees to work more than capacity. Culture is good, no pressure but they don't really assign teams as per skill sets and capabilities.
