Everyone was supportive especially My Team lead Vivek who's currently promoted as Manager in same company supported me a lot even colleagues were so supportive and helpful.

Salary should be increased other than that everything seems to be fine n good.

I have been working in the company for 15 plus years. I started realising in a few months itself that this is the company where I am going to build my carrier. After 15 plus years I am still here and grown in regular intervals. I have learnt a lot in my tenure.

Good working culture with decent work infrastructure. providing many salary beniifits and incentives.

Dislikes

Don't expect easy growth or promotion in this company and don't expect hike in salary once you get in this company.

Only colleagues were good rest all things were worst. Senior were good about support.

Dislikes

Salary not same when you will do rejoin. Mobile phones can't use when you are on break. Timings, they want 10-11 hours login.
