Anything like about working at allnex

Interviewers says this is mnc but not any system like mnc not fix work time of workers ,operators and also engineer 24 duty for operator and manger not get action on short manpower and aslo manger said to employees to do system bypass and not good work life balace for any employee and bad management and faltu compony i had ever seen

Indian managment is very selfish they does'nt care what the globel is investing ,they only want to grow themselves and telent of lower person they are not sharing with higher authority.Wrong bleming is been done regularly on employee.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
