Work culture is very poor. Please don't join Allies Interactive ever, No job security at all. All employees are at job risk. Management is completely nonsense, they don't know anything about design but guide designers how to work. Shivani Pandey always finds a way to terminate employees without even give the reason. They expect you to stay at office and work beyond your working hours even if you do not have work, then only they will consider that you are working. They will assign you task to prove yourself every 15 days and ask what you do even if you finished your work.
