Work culture is very poor. Please don't join Allies Interactive ever, No job security at all. All employees are at job risk. Management is completely nonsense, they don't know anything about design but guide designers how to work. Shivani Pandey always finds a way to terminate employees without even give the reason. They expect youto stay at office and work beyond your working hours even if you do not have work, then only they will consider that you are working. They will assign you task to prove yourself every 15 days and ask what you do even if you finished your work....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
