... but now no client for them in chennai (talking about in chennai location only). also,there is a problem with salary, which is not paid on monthly basis. there is some lacking always even during my tenur

One of the terrible company i have ever worked with.. We dont even get salary on time. Management is worst for GDC. They do what ever they feel like. HR are not irresponsible. I don't now how the company is still functioning.

working ambiance is good, peer colleagues are also very comfortable to work. Growth over here is very high.

Salary delay is about 3 months, vendors don't get payment properly / on-time, hence managers maximum time passes to handle vendor management.

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.
