Salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.

There is nothing to like on this organization. Only bad politics you can learn how to screw up employee etc.

Dislikes

.... They don't follow or don't have any process and work like a vegetable seller. No fix salary date so if you have any bank loan or home loan, 100% you will miss the EMI date and everytime you will be penalized by bank. This orgnization always treat their employees as their slave. No one will listen employee grivence or issue. No basic faceliets for an employee.( Organization don't provide water, and tea even) Everytime they plan how to deduct salaries of employees No weekly off has been mentioned on appointment letter. They are paying to purchase different good badges like recently they have purcahed a great place to work badge.
