You have to keep on chasing your manager and HR for your salary discrepancies to get won hard-earned money. 5. No salary increment for last 1 year.

No job security, after resignation conpany will not pay your all the money easily, Tha management team is so week. And the notice period for employees is 90days but if the company want to kick you then they inform you before 5 to 10 days And suddenly you will be job less, After your best performance in your field If you performance is bad than you can survive in ADSL.

Salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.
