There is nothing to like on this organization. Only bad politics you can learn how to screw up employee etc.

.... They don't follow or don't have any process and work like a vegetable seller. No fix salary date so if you have any bank loan or home loan, 100% you will miss the EMI date and everytime you will be penalized by bank. This orgnization always treat their employees as their slave. No one will listen employee grivence or issue. No basic faceliets for an employee.( Organization don't provide water, and tea even) Everytime they plan how to deduct salaries of employees No weekly off has been mentioned on appointment letter. They are paying to purchase different good badges like recently they have purcahed a great place to work badge.

...No proper canteen. They don't care about any thing else. Work only enviornment. Any outing or get together employee must pay from his pocket.

...7 in Allied Digital as a Customer Support Engineer. It was horrible journey i.e. not get salary hike nor position upgrade. Lot of struggling to get leaves as Allied having lot of customers and you need to work there as a vendor. Not getting site where I can get change to improve my knowledge. Nothing to like in this company. Finally in 2012 I got frustrate and leave this company without job.

Very bad, and pathetic management, project manager talks like some political nonsense leader. They never give salary ontime. During this pandamic, they haven't paid any salary to employees, after working also.

Never work. They not atall professionals. Never provide salary on time. No anual growth.

Salary factor is big concern, Company make salary after2-3 month and who are depend on Salary can’t afford this as having home loan and other expenses.
