I am writing this review, because I am fed up with Allied Boston. It is a small company with 17-20 peoples, only 13 visit office. There's no work life balance you will be told to come at 9:30 & they will leave you at 9:00pm. and if you escalate... hahaha there is no escalation!!!. One CEO who abuse's everyone for work not done, Head of IT is a person who lives in his own world, Team manager is a grown man with no power, who only listens to TL.

Dislikes

TL knows nothing about security & development, she is not even experienced enough & doesn't have proper certification. she's is that position because of ehsaan and manipulation CEO & Manager. Toxic work culture & poor work environment with lots of politics. There is no management & no escalation, you will be disrespected & You will be humiliated. This is one of the Worst Company you can work with. Do Not Join!!! Its waste of time.

Everything is so bad here from work culture to people in higher management .CEO is abusive and dosent listen to anyone and shouts like a crazy person .No respect towards employees .Do not join here ,you will feel trapped .Team lead ,manager ,CEO all are crap.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
