Salary is credited on time. The company is moving towards automation, so lay offs may occur. Once you upscale few skills, you are good to switch the company.

The VPs have zero idea about shifting the employees from one domain to other. The managers and assistant managers have zero idea of what is going with the juniors. They will sugar coat everything and assures the juniors with perfect work life balance. I have witnessed my colleagues who are working on weekends as well. Seniors will give there work to juniors and when juniors fails to meet the target, a justification is demanded just to show to the VPs, but that justification is used on your appraisal and the hike you were bound to receive is cut down. HR will always say that whatever money you demand, will be negotiated with the manager only, i mean you have to ask the manager, then manager will say something and he/she will send you to HR again, and then HR will say read the handbook. So the things are messed up. better take the raise and keep quite or switch the company. Favoritism? Yes, there is favoritism. For Freshers - Please ask the HR before hiring, about the incentives. Trust me, you do not get any incentives. No transparency at all. If they give you bond, please dont sign it and look for other company. HR fear you with the bond, it is a null void bond, but if you break it you have to pay some amount. But it is better not to sign it, Look for the companies who have an open door policy. Once the office is at its full capacity, you don't have any place to sit and work. No proper cafeteria at all.

Good people and good working culture. But appraisals and benefits are horrible.

Dislikes

...ting tasks and taking extra responsibility, during appraisals it doesn't matter. Everyone gets the salary hike at same range during appraisals whether you put extra efforts or just complete your tasks by putting minimal efforts.

Good pay scale. Teammates are supportive. Appraisals are fairly good. But mostly they are biased.

They have late night shifts. Sales person calls you at 3 .30 am in the morning. Work life balance is 0. You can expect office calls on weekend and even when you are on leaves.

Worst company to work, COO and CFO both have no idea about the work or the domain still force people to work according to them. Also the AVPs are very in work and don't have idea about team member not even their names he just their to sleep and go home.

They don't even have money to pay salaries they just call interns from various colleges saying they will be working on coding but give them writing tasks and put everything on the mentors to handle them and their work. The COO is the worst person is the reason for the downfall of the conpany.

Nothing to like.

Dislikes

Too much work load with no appreciation and HR never responds for several days. They expect overtime without any compensation and communication amongst employees is very poor. No work life balance as they call late at night after working hours also if they have some work.
