Allianz is a good company to work with mostly because of the people and culture.

Dislikes

from past 2 yrs there was no proper compensation provided to employees despite their hard work and excelling records, secondly for promotional hiring they do not match salaries to market standards which is not fair at all. Allianz will keep on paying employees 25-30 lpa who are on bench for 6months to a year maybe even more than that, but will pay way below market standards to a deserving candidate who is working day and night to make projects work

Allianz has got a great work culture,work life balance and great training sessions,lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Onboarding HR's are bit tricky,be careful with your salary expectations. Otherwise all well and good

Awsome product based organization. Very good and healthy work environment. All Colleague's are very much supportive. Managers are good and HR are super responsive ans very friendly. Other organization should learn from this work culture

Less compensation it might be because of covid 19 . But nothing more than that

No appreciation unless you are a good debater. No appreciation for work. Onsite long term policy is verbal. No proper training. If u complain managers about the issue, the feel u are complaining about them. Puppet HR.

Perfect Company for those who want to balance personal life and work . Hybrid Work Culture need to present only 4 days in a month .

Dislikes

Salary and Compensation . Many teams are working on in house frameworks .
