Allianz is a good company to work with mostly because of the people and culture.

Dislikes

from past 2 yrs there was no proper compensation provided to employees despite their hard work and excelling records, secondly for promotional hiring they do not match salaries to market standards which is not fair at all. Allianz will keep on paying employees 25-30 lpa who are on bench for 6months to a year maybe even more than that, but will pay way below market standards to a deserving candidate who is working day and night to make projects work

Perfect Company for those who want to balance personal life and work . Hybrid Work Culture need to present only 4 days in a month .

Salary and Compensation . Many teams are working on in house frameworks .

... without doing those typical long hors you can achieve good performance ratings. Pay structure may not be the very best in the industry but it is very balanced. Management is supportive and allows flexibility.

It can improve in terms of learning opportunities, career growth & visibilities.

I have been working at Allianz Tech for the past 4.5 years. Overall a great company and great work culture. I love my team and manager. Good work culture and Great work life balance. Annual Parties are the best.

Dislikes

...the worst. Hike and bonus pay is very less. Not treating the old employees well. Outside employees and newcomers are getting good compensation and benefits.

Have good work life balance good learning opportunities You will be awarded or recognised for good work always they appreciate your work.

Dislikes

They only offer less salary hikes. Even if you are a good performer and a critical resource company won’t retain you from leaving by settling with the salary you ask for.
