Not much work pressure, good atmosphere

...ognition for any work. Biased managers. Micro management is there in many teams. Very poor salary. Your experience and salary looks alike.

The best part of Allianz is job security. Even though the projects end abruptly or in pandemic situation no asked us to leave the job. They take care of employees.

Dislikes

The starting package is lower when you join as a fresher, so even the percent hike per year is higher, your pay package will be lower as per market.

A common problem with all companies I would say, they hire people with high compensation but for the people with same experience and expertise inside the organziation won't be given that kind of a compensation.

Allianz is a good company to work with mostly because of the people and culture.

Dislikes

from past 2 yrs there was no proper compensation provided to employees despite their hard work and excelling records, secondly for promotional hiring they do not match salaries to market standards which is not fair at all. Allianz will keep on paying employees 25-30 lpa who are on bench for 6months to a year maybe even more than that, but will pay way below market standards to a deserving candidate who is working day and night to make projects work
