Allianz has excellent work environment and I had Wonderfull teammates. Work culture is good.They always give value for innovation and new ideas we give.

Dislikes

Sales team had less learning opportunities compared to other departments. Basic salary package needs to be improved for the amount of work and pressure we handle in sales. More career opportunities should given for people looking a way out of sales. Growth is slow for most(No of employees are more may be a reason).

Allianz have a good work culture. It celebrates every festivities and are active on culture events. The job security is the most disgusting feature in Allianz.

Dislikes

Salary package is not upto market standards. When comparing Allianz employees are getting paid less. Micro management is very much evident within team's.

Allianz is truly great company securing each employee's career and life. Company provide immense focus on employee upskilling and wellbeing. Always keen to drive for business outcomes without pushing employees so much.

Dislikes

Salary package is not so competent to bring everyone onto same band doing similar role. Little bit of favouritism still exists.

Skill Development, Job security and work life balance.

Dislikes

As per the market standard Salary is too low for senior employees who is with the organisation for a long time. They don't even consider giving market correction as well.
