Too much politics. Senior never help junior. Office environment is very bad . You think you sit in big boss set . Daily some body fight with other colleges. No office environment. Making false commitment . At the time of recruitment hr said some how field work but it's totally field work job . And hr said incentive comes after 6 months but after few months they said incentive comes after 1 year. Totally making fool employees. Senior create such environment so no junior or new joined are comfortable. 👎👎👎 Please don't work here no future .

Good for Political career. Worst organisation if you really want to work and grow in life. They will overcommit in the interview and not even deliver a fraction of it. Policies can change every hour. Management in Delhi is so free, they will constantly monitor you on CCTV (with mic) and you might even get a call if you seen talking too long even to a client. No peace of mind. If you still join them, God bless you !!

They gave me an opportunity to work so that's the only positive response I can provide from my end else I do not have anything positive to say about the company.

Dislikes

They uses slang languages/word at each other while working and I don't think how a professional company works. And of you expect leave you have to give all the possible reasons to convince your manager for the leave. Neither a professional company nor people are professional at all.

Good & easy job but bit complex to work.All people keep calling same leads & clashes amongst them.Disorganised way of work.But quite easy to achieve target compared to any other sales job.No payment collection free of cost tie-up.

Dislikes

Clashes amongst leads.And limited time for submission of forms.Only 15 mins after reaching office.Poor programs mostly of no use to clients but is free 2 to affiliate.

I am working with Alliances Galore since last 3 years. It is the worst company. No Ethics, No work Culture. Directors think they have owned a servant and treat every employee like this.

Flirts with female clients and employees. no ethics
