We working on alliance india experience so good for example major breakdown attend with team leader. Other topic training provide one by one team engg.for example averness ofsafety circle. 5s training, and other training etc.

This is 2p unit so i want to change .we working in company 8 to 10 hours.we have to attend campany call but some time we attend call late into the night. Machine wise Pm schdule does not match with production team. Etc.
