This firm is open to nice education firm . All students are come in all over india and some branches are here in all over indian . This is biggest education for NEET ,JEE-MAIN,JEE-MAIN+ADVANCED ,NTSE,KVPY,ETC for a preparing entrance exam. All things are quality are so good well maintained class room . Every word saying for this institute is very small..

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work is pressure is high. Sometimes ,I have to work 9-10 hours and Sunday also working day.

Likes

...handed over to coax people who would only want people of their religion to grow. Sadly, the top management sitting at Kota and Bangalore doesn’t pay heed to employee grievances or well being. All they want is numbers and they openly tell you not to unnecessary week offs

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, no permanent week offs and long working hours at Digital Vertical. There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.

Initially things were good where we were able to think out of the box, give suggestions and help in strategizing.

Dislikes

... your hard work results in salary deductions in the name of "org restructuring". The people sitting at the top consider people's hard earned money and salary package as "Lotteries". No scope of learning and development.

...pool of very talented teachers with whom you can work and learn a lot from them. * On time salary.

Dislikes

* Office politics and back bitching. * Arrogant and baised behavior of management. * Sometimes non- academic person dictates the faculty member which make them feel undervalued. * No job security. They will wait for the year end then immediately they will fire.

Not good company to work. Earlier it was good. Now no career here. They decrease the salary and work is too hectic.

Work culture Salary No professional behaviour Only profit loss Noone talks about studies. Its pure business. Dont join here. Try some other company.
