Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company basically deals with manufacturing and appointing single mothers and underprivileged women of different sectors of life. As my experience i would like to say that it is a good place to work if one wants to gain knowledge about the labour laws and work with employee data base.

Dislikes

Since it is a welfare organisation career growth is very slow as compared to the others.
