Good salary hikes- If you are a decent performer than you will get standard hike 10%, but if you have taken ownership and performed well than you can get a good 20-30% hike. Work opportunities- There will be a ocean of new things, that you can explore and get visibility off. Nobody is gonna stop you from taking additional work opportunities apart from your JD. Job security- I have seen many people not doing anything and still not getting fired for a long time. They usually don't fire people.

Bad management- Decision making process is not linear and clear. There is no system for implementing new decisions. They all come abrupt, which cause stress to employees. Internal politics adds up to these points. Work life balance- If you are a workaholic, they would over burden you with things. There is no set JD of a person. So, they keep on moving people here and there as per requirement. They won't respect your work hours and may even call you when you are on leave, maybe sick. Company culture- decent Skill Development/Learning- No doubt, you would get a lot of new opportunities here but they don't support the employees with any work related trainings. Whatever new you want to explore, you would have to learn the skills on your own. fellow employees may/may not help.
