HR has no domination. Management dose the dictatorship with employees No job sequrity for those who wants to stay with alkem.

Salary should be paid on time, every work should be done as per the system, every work should be transparent even at the stockist level

...e ME has resigned from the company then why did he do so without further notice. ZBM also does not pay attention to what the actual problem of ME is and considers the report of DSM as the final report.

...ision to division. Products are well moving brand leaders in certain categories. Good salary and benefits

Dislikes

There is a huge gap between ground and HO objective. 30-40 % sales volumes are adjustable sale. Employees doing it for earning incentives but how much they can save that's a big doubt. People are doing Boss management to elevate and secure their position. Surprisingly the person who was not able to clear the promotional exam, still they got the elevation by using Amul Butter. Company is good no doubt about it, but the management who makes it muddy.

Freedom to experiment your ideas. Supportive management. Additional goodies in marketing and sales.

Dislikes

Long tours, long working hours. No compensatory leaves or extra payment for working on weekends. Not a good payment master

I did not like to work in IT.

...ssure of target and you are treated very badly by both stockists and management. You have to give the adjustment to the stockists that can even culminate your salary. It is only good if you are unable to win the bread and you are unemployed. You have no any career choice no any opportunity.
