...ually. No onsite opportunity there is no policy for traveling @ Align Hyderabad. Moderate Salary structure, 10-12% hike, you need to pay for parental insurance. Limited budgets.

The mobile app management behavior towards team members. Using unprofessional language Favoritism HR to be in a role where they can't investigate on the toxic environment and can't do any thing, except hiring

I work in the R&D part of align and its an excellent place to be at. If you are entrepreneurial and like reaching across the isle and solve the problem collaboratively, this is the perfect place to be.

being medical device company, sometimes the process can feel burdensome.
